Ingredients to make Ginger Cookies recipe :
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups margarine
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation and method to make Ginger Cookies recipe :
  1. Cream shortening, sugar, eggs, spices, molasses and baking soda well.
  2. Add flour.
