  • 1 Gala apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
Preparation and Method to make Apple Banana Smoothie recipe :
  1. In a blender combine frozen banana, orange juice, apple and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. pour into glasses and serve.
