Low Calories Diet Menu, Avocado Frappe recipe

Avocado Frappe recipe is a vegetarian and low calories recipe, I'm sure if you in a calories diet now you don't want this one as your diet menu.

Ingredients to make Avocado Frappe recipe :
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation and Method to make Avocado Frappe recipe :
  1. Peel avocados and remove the pits.
  2. Cut flesh into chunks.
  3. Put into blender with orange peel, ginger salt and pepper.
  4. Blend, adding milk a little at a time, until mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour into dish, cover and refrigerate.
  6. Serve chilled. Garnish with avocado slices if desired.
