This Banana Muffins recipe is healthy and low calories snack recipe for your diet, if you looking for low calories snack I think this recipe is perfect and I'm sure your kid will love it too.

Ingredients to make Banana Muffins recipe :
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 2 1/4 cups oat bran
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
 Preparation and Method to make Banana Muffins recipe :
  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.
  2. Spray the muffin cups with cooking spray.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. In another bowl, mix the banana, egg white, milk and oil together, until they are well combined.
  5. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, and mix until well combined; then add the raisins and combine.
  6. Put them into the muffin tins.
  7. Bake the muffins for about 18-25 minutes
