Delicious and Low Calories Mango Sorbet recipe for Diet

Ingredients to make Mango Sorbet recipe :
  • 2 1/4 cups chopped ripe mangoes
  • grated lime rind
  • lime rind, curls
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
Preparation and Method to make Mango Sorbet recipe :
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the mango, honey and orange juice, and process until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan, cover and freeze until firm.
  3. To serve, spoon into individual dessert dishes, and garnish with lime curls and lime rind
