Ingredients to make Mango Sorbet recipe :
- 2 1/4 cups chopped ripe mangoes
- grated lime rind
- lime rind, curls
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
- In a blender or food processor, combine the mango, honey and orange juice, and process until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan, cover and freeze until firm.
- To serve, spoon into individual dessert dishes, and garnish with lime curls and lime rind
