Porridge
This Porridge is perfect recipe for diet low calories, it's also healthy recipe for you and your family. So if you in tight diet you can choose this recipe as low calories healthy diet recipe.

Ingredients to make Porridge recipe :
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation and Method to make Porridge recipe :
  1. In a saucepan, combine the oats, water, salt, sugar, bananas and cinnamon.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, and simmer until the liquid has been absorbed, stirring frequently.
  3. Pour into bowls, and top each with a splash of cold milk.
