Mango Salsa, Low Calories and Healthy Diet Recipe for Family

Ingredients to make Mango Salsa recipe :
  • 4 mangos - peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can white shoepeg corn, drained

Preparation and Method to make Mango Salsa recipe :
  1. Stir the diced mango, black beans, corn, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
