Healthy and Low Calories Diet Recipe for Us, Baked Chicken and Onions

Ingredients to make Baked Chicken and Onions recipe :
  • 2 medium onions, sliced into rings
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 head garlic, cloves separated, peeled, and sliced
  • paprika to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
Preparation and Method to make Baked Chicken and Onions recipe :
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
  2. Layer the bottom of the baking dish with 1/2 the onions and 1/2 the garlic slices.
  3. Pour lemon juice and white wine into the baking dish.
  4. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper, and place in the baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining onions and garlic.
  6. Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken juices run clear.
