Low Calories and Healthy Diet Recipe Nectarine Salsa

Nectarine-Salsa-recipe
This Nectarine Salsa recipe is very low in calories. This recipe is also good for dabetic or healthy diet recipe. If you in a tight diet this recipe is suitable for you.

Ingredients to make Nectarine Salsa recipe :
  • 2 nectarines, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
Preparation and Method to make Nectarine Salsa recipe :
  1. In a bowl, mix the nectarines, onion, vinegar, sugar, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  2. Allow to sit 5 minutes.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the nectarine mixture 10 minutes, until onion and nectarines are tender and lightly browned.
