This Roasted Grapes and Carrots is very easy to made, you only need about 20 minutes to prepare this recipe. This recipe is low in calories and can be add to your healthy diet list menu.

Ingredients to make Roasted Grapes and Carrots recipe :
  • 2 pounds red seedless grapes
  • 1 (16 ounce) package peeled, baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
Preparation and Method to make Roasted Grapes and Carrots recipe :
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Toss together the grapes, carrots, and red onion in olive oil to coat. Sprinkle with cumin and toss to evenly distribute.
  4. Spread mixture on baking sheet.
  5. Roast in preheated oven until carrots have begun to soften, about 15 to 20 minutes.
